Our Team

Chief Executive Officer – Scott MacKay

Scott is the CEO of musicALL. oversees all aspects of musicALL’s strategic, project delivery and administrative functions, managing the core team to raise funds, plan ahead, deliver projects, report to the board, and evaluate how things are going for our musicians and young people throughout the year.

Scott is also musicALL’s Creative Director. He oversees the creative output and works with the Programme Manager to plan and deliver all of our projects and events.

Scott has worked with musicALL since 2015, when he came on board as a tutor, working at Hazelwood School with the music team. Work outside of musicALL has included music instruction at a number of Secondary and Higher Education centres and professionally has performed around the world with such bands and artists as Roddy Hart, Mànran, Deacon Blue, Findlay Napier, Hannah Rarity, Rura and many more.

Programme Manager – Calum Borthwick

Calum is musicALL’s Programme Manager, which means he leads and manages all of the projects we deliver.
